On February 02 – 10, 2008 the study tour to Czech Republic, Prague city was delivered. The participants of the study tour were representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, State Employment Centre, management of Regional Employment Centres and Regional Education Departments Donetsk, Zaporizhya, Vinnytsya and Ivano – Frankivsk regions (total of 10 people).

The study tour was aimed at acquainting the participants with the employment services and vocational educational systems of the Czech Republic, labour market analysis methodologies and their practical application at the school level in a transition environment similar to Ukrainian. This is the second study mission to Czech Republic organized jointly by National Training Fund (www.nvf.cz) and DMST Project. From the study tour participants’ opinion, knowledge and communication with Czech colleagues gave them maximum results for implementing new ideas in Ukrainian conditions.
