In November 2007 CIDA monitors, Margot Rothman and Anik Brunet, made their visit. They met representatives from the pilot regions: Dnipropetrovsk (November 19) and Zakarpattya (November 23), as well as the Project team in Kyiv (November 27).

During the meetings they discussed the cooperation between the Project partners and the main stakeholders, the main achievements and challenges in the Project implementation.
