Community Advisory Committee Meetings in 3 pilot regions were conducted. During the meetings, project achievements and project implementation plans for 2007-08 were discussed.

Community Advisory Groups were established on the basis of the strategic planning regional working groups and are aimed at advising the project with methodologies of better implementation of the project activities on the regional level and replication of the project methodologies.
