The study tour for the representatives of the senior management of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine, the State Employment Centre and the Ministry of Education and Science, which was delivered during September 23 – October 5, 2006 has been completed.

The study tour was aimed at acquainting the participants with the main activities of the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology, with innovative approaches of the Canadian vocational education and training system. Also, the participants had an opportunity to observe how the training programs of vocational education and retraining system are implemented in decentralized system.
